The Telesales Director’s oversees the daily running and management of the sales teams, developing the sales teams and working in close collaboration with the VP Operations.
Ensuring the teams meet the sales targets

Sales training, development, and performance management.
A good understanding of the market dynamics in the advertising sector
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Ensuring proper communication and customer relationship management
Monitoring random calls for quality assurance
Forecasting and analysing sales data
Master’s degree required, preferably in communications, marketing or business
10+ years professional experience
Telesales or call-center experience
Experience in advertising industry is required- deep understanding of the industry
Experience managing a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
Good use of PC tools
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
Strong business sense, and excellent sales and negotiation skills
